Our artwork is meticulously crafted, one-of-a-kind, and cannot be replaced.

Why no refunds? Each piece we sell is unique, and as a small business, we handle every order with great care. We provide detailed images and descriptions of each item to ensure you have all the information needed to make an informed purchase. Damaged items upon delivery:

Every art piece we create has its own personality, with small, unique details that come from the handmade process. These little quirks make each piece truly yours, so we don’t consider them flaws or damage.

If your piece arrives with any serious, unexpected issues from shipping (like structural breakage), just let us know within 2 business days of delivery. When you reach out, please include:

Clear photos or videos that show the damage

We’ll take a look at each situation carefully and, if the damage goes beyond the normal handmade character, we might be able to offer a partial refund or work out a repair plan. Our goal is to keep the integrity of each piece intact, so we handle refunds or repairs on a case-by-case basis.
